Shipping Information for Australian Customers

Tasmania (TAS) For our customers in Tasmania, we are pleased to offer regular shipping due to our certification that allows for self-assessment of plants. Please note the following details for shipping to TAS:

  • Shipping capped at $44.95 for up to 5kg, including biosecurity treatment, inspection, and fees.
  • Rates change to Australia Post calculated rates for orders above 5kg.
  • We ship orders to Tasmania once per week, typically on Mondays.

Important: Ensure to check with Biosecurity Tasmania at Biosecurity.Tasmania@nre.tas.gov.au to confirm plant permissions prior to ordering.

Northern Territory (NT) Shipping to the Northern Territory requires chemical treatment and inspection by a Queensland Biosecurity Officer before shipping. Please review the following shipping details for NT orders:

  • Shipping capped at $49.95 for up to 5kg, covering biosecurity treatment, inspection, and fees.
  • Rates change to Australia Post calculated rates for orders above 5kg.
  • We ship orders to NT once per month, usually around the 15th of the month.

Important: Verify plant permissions with NT Quarantine at quarantine@nt.gov.au before placing your order.

Western Australia (WA) For customers in Western Australia, it is essential to check the WAOL (Western Australia's Organism List) prior to ordering, as only approved plants are permitted. Please review the following information for shipping to WA:

  • Shipping capped at $74.95 for up to 5kg, covering biosecurity treatment, inspection, and fees.
  • Rates change to Australia Post calculated rates for orders above 5kg.
  • We ship orders to WA once per month, typically around the 15th of the month.

Important: Refer to the WAOL list for approved plants. All WA-bound shipments require chemical treatment and inspection by both Queensland and WA Biosecurity Officers.
